| I would like to see the player input inline with the game text. It would give the look and feel of the much loved 80's style text adventures like Zork. |

| Hi Caveman, Originally I wanted it that way. Could easily be done in a DOS or "console" type application but I am using a 'Read Only' RichEdit control and I was never able to satisfactorily suss out how to do it. In the end I used a separate textbox to capture the player input. In that respect it is quite similar to ADRIFT and CAT (the forerunner to TAB) and some other creators. I also liked the 80's style adventure style and format too. Phil. |

| That's fair enough Phil. Yes I've tried Adrift and Quest also, and they both have user input in a separate box. Anyway, TAB has got me hooked, and I'll be using it a lot to get the hang of things. Nice program, and I get the impression that it's really cared about and will be high on the list of adventure creation programs. Good work
Best wishes
