responces suggestions

I would like to make two suggestions for the responses.

1. In the default.tab under responses place a warning at the top that new users should not delete any of the defaults since they are used by the program.

2. In the responses how about marking an area for the user to use. I was thinking that it could have 'Your adventure responses go here.....'
